Trés compètent , patient et a l'écoute du client . Sans lui je n'aurais pu vendre mon terrain en Floride . Parle Français et Anglais couramment puisque Francais de souche , je recommande vivement sans hésiter !

My husband and I can't begin to express how wonderful Maurice and his team were while buying and selling on Siesta Key! Maurice was there helping us through both processes and made everything so much easier than we imagined. We were always informed of every showing and any possible leads while selling . As far as the buying process, we were thrilled with the support and guidance Maurice showed us throughout the process. Lin had been working on finding us an existing home when we decided to purchase a new build. Lin wasn’t even getting a commission on our purchase but still took time out to counsel us through the entire process and still is. Lin also helped us secure a rental in the interim in the same desired school district until our home is completed. Lin is always upbeat, friendly and super positive. Maurice was wonderful to work with! He and his partner Lin Dunn sold our condo for a record price in a very short time. Maurice was present for all showings, which we appreciated as he was able to give potential buyers information about the condo that the showing agent might not have known. He knows the Sarasota market extremely well, and responded quickly to texts and calls. We have bought and sold many homes over the years, and this was absolutely one of the best experiences we have had with an agent. We give him our highest recommendation! We thank Maurice for his excellent efforts on our behalf in selling our apartment. He was professional at all times and never late for an appointment. He gave his time generously even in the evening and weekends. We were appreciative of his help after we had left Sarasota and the buyer had to extend the closing date. Maurice went back to check the apartment because the electricity was off. There was only one thing that slipped through the net - we had to pay condominium fees for the closing date extension requested by the buyer. We can say that at the end of the whole selling process the entente cordiale is still very much alive!

This is not my first experience engaging Maurice to sell a property. He sold my condo several years ago and helped me purchase a house. The attention to detail, knowledge of the area, understanding the client and listening skills are beyond compare. I realized just how top notch when I recently used another realtor for a transaction. A mistake I will not repeat. There is no comparison. As Maurice is now helping me sell that mistake and buy something suitable for me, I would suggest anyone looking for a real estate professional talk to Maurice before enlisting anyone else.
