We feel very lucky to have found. Larry to help us sell our Mother's house. Although he was found through a relative who is a realtor in Texas he ended up be a neighbor to my Mom in the Cascades so he was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the process. He even found a new drawer for the refrigerator, all the contractors needed to fix the house and did some staging for us. The house was sold quickly. He made the process of moving my Mom from her house into independent living much easier. We highly recommend Larry & Susie they went above and beyond.

We moved to Sarasota about 2.5 years ago. Our first 18 months we rented to "get the lay of the land". Once we determined where we wanted to purchase, my wife and I hit a few open houses. At one of these open houses we met Larry Cushing. Right away my wife and I felt very comfortable with him. He was very friendly, outgoing, but most importantly to us, not "pushy". He let us dictate the pace of our search which was a welcome relief from agents in our past. We would highly recommend Larry. He knows the area and will work for you!

We met many agents through our open house tours on Sundays, but when we met Larry we knew he was the one we wanted to work with. He is extremely familiar with the Cascades which is where we eventually ended up buying our home. This was our third real estate transaction and by far the easiest and smoothest due to Larry's helpfulness and experience. He went above and beyond on many occasions and gave us great referrals and advice. Even though our closing is complete, we feel that we have made a friend that we can turn to at anytime.

Understanding, patient, and thorough are certainly adjectives that describe Larry Cushing. He clearly understood my needs and desires in terms of location, size, features and amenities, and he must have shown me nearly a dozen homes before we found just the right one. Once a decision to buy had been made, Larry provided counsel and assistance throughout the process, always making sure that every little detail had been accomplished. I would look to Larry again for either the sale or purchase of a home.

Larry is an excellent communicator who responds to calls promptly. He worked well with buyer and seller to close the deal quickly. Larry showed great knowledge of the neighborhood.

Larry was very helpful throughout our home buying process. He listened to us and had a good understanding of what we were looking for. Once our offer was accepted he was extremely responsive as questions came up/items needed to be addressed. Larry was excellent from start to finish! He gave us great advice on how to make our house as marketable as possible. It certainly worked. Larry Cushing, our Agent for the sale of our house in Cascades went beyond the call of duty. Larry gave us advise how best to do a garage sale and sell some of our furniture. He is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. While our house was listed he and his wife checked in several times on our well being since we had health issues in the past . I interviewed several agents to represent me as I sold my home. Larry was the one I felt that understood my situation and take a chance to list my home at a fair price, even though it was a bit higher than the other agents would suggest. Larry's references were excellent, so our experience together began. Larry worked hard and developed a great narrative. The photographer worked with Larry to produce a wonderful documentary of the house. Any time I had a question, Larry was helpful and timely in his response. Working with Larry was easy and enjoyable.
