We are a couple from Europe, who bought another second home at Waterlefe, Bradenton, six years back. We have been using it during the winter seasons, arriving on a B2 Visa. This means that we can stay up to < 180 days pa, for 10 years. We decided to stay with Michael Saunders, who helped us to find the home, and got some recommendations for Jody Shin. But we met with two other real estate agents as well. Our first decision was to go for Jody. She seemed skilled and engaged, and does know the area, since she lives I Bradenton. We listed the home in the spring of 2019, but our intention was just to scan the market and plan for the sale, as we would get back in November. We were in no rush to sell and wanted to get into our new 180 day period, staying in Florida. But Jody convinced us, that would she find a buyer before this date, she would help us organize the preparation of the home, up to closing. And of course Jody Jody managed to find not one, but a couple a couple of interested buyers, as we were in Europe. We were still a bit hesitant in the beginning, but we decided to go for a sale. And now Jody helped us with sending documents from our home to Europe, opening up for service providers and movers. As We understand she offered a lot of similar help to the buyers as well. And as the final touch, she even brought our phone and internet devices back to Spectrum! Without the help of Jody, which must be considered far outside the “normal” service from a real estate agent, we wouldn’t have been able to meet the wish from the buyer, to close in August. Now we have got both a happy seller and we really hope, a happy buyer. All thanks to Jody. We can really recommend her and her team

Jody was wonderful to work with and was amazing. My husband and I had one day to find a house as we were relocating from DC. She was patient and provided us with such useful information for us first time home buyers. First let me say that we are tough customers and it takes a five star real estate agent with enormous patience to find us the ideal home. Luckily we fell into the hands of a six star agent, in our book, Jody Shinn. I am sure that at times during our house hunting adventures Jody truly believed we were from outer space but never let on. She always let us feel that our comments and perceptions were always right. At times she jumped through hoops to get us into a home and we would barely get in the front door while insisting that it wasn't the right one for us. Jody never wavered and never gave up and eventually after three search expeditions helped us find the right one. She didn't stop there helping us through the various paperwork and mortgage processes leading to a stressless and pleasant closing experience. Jody still checks in with us and provides us with her knowledge of area contractors, shopping, and things to do. How lucky we and the Michael Sauders & Co are to have Jody representing us!
