This is the second house we have bought through Jody and we were extremely pleased both times. We plan to list one of our houses with her in the next couple of months. Jody's excellent knowledge of the local real estate market, neighborhoods, price trends and new construction ensured we purchased the right home for the right price in the right location to fit my family's needs. Her years of experience were crucial as she advised us through two simultaneous negotiations with sellers. When the home inspection report recommended we bring in a couple of specialists for further investigation, she was able to schedule additional inspections on short notice to ensure we met the time constraints indicated in the sales agreement. While under contract, but before actual close, she was more than willing to make arrangements for us to visit the house so we could begin interior design planning and to receive quotes from contractors. I would use Jody as my broker again.

When we found a Condo on Longboat Key that was listed with Michael Saunders we had the pleasure of working with Jody Shinn. Jody has always impressed us with her drive, business acumen and determination to succeed, but doing so while maintaining high ethical standards and a commitment to doing the right thing. So when we needed a Realtor that represented Michael Saunders, Jody was our easy choice. When we began working with Jody she kept us informed through out the whole process. She was at our beckon call when ever we needed more information. When we wanted to view the property she did so at our convenience. She also provided us alternative viewings so we could make comparisons to help in our decision. Jody has been a family friend for many years. It was wonderful working with Jody. We were new to the area and she was very helpful showing us houses in the different areas of Bradenton. We were fortunate enough to find a house right away and she was very instrumental in helping us with all aspects of the purchase of our home. We were out of town and she set up all the inspection appointments and was there to oversee them. Jody was always available to answer any questions. She was there every step of the way from the initial contract to closing. Jody's knowledge of the area, friendly manner and professionalism made what could be a very stressful process a lot less stressful. We would highly recommend Jody for your realtor!

Jody was better then EXCELLENT to work with. Relocating from Pittsburgh to Sarasota was made easy with Jody's expert advice and guidance in the real-estate market.
