Helene was fantastic to work with. The market "softened" just as we put up our late Mom's home for sale, but she persevered! There were a few hiccups along the way, and every time Helene stepped up and took care of the problem, with little fanfare. We would definitely recommend Helene to someone else!

Helene is the consummate Real Estate professional. She has a high energy level which translates into getting things done thoroughly, correctly, and on time. She has good contact list of vendors if repairs or adjustments are required, and keeps her clients well informed during all stages of the sale and through the point of closing. Helene worked diligently on getting my house sold in 2 weeks while I was out of town. The listing description she wrote for the property was excellent. Helene is very detailed and knows how to negotiate. We closed and I moved in 7 weeks from putting my house on the market. She kept on track and made things happen.

Helene was excellent in helping us find a home. I was down a couple of times by myself and once with my husband and she assisted us with the homes I wanted to look at and pointed out things that were both positive and negative for us to consider. She drove us around to several different areas miles apart from each other so I could get a feeling for the area. We even went to the local beach areas to get a feel for the distance and area. Q Since I was out of state, and saw some places online that I was interested in, she went to look at them with friends of mine in the area. There was never a negative response for anything that I requested. I did not get all the places that I was interested in at the time, but it was all good in the end and I got the house that was perfect for us and checked off everything on my “want” list. I would not hesitate to refer Helene to anyone looking for a home.
