We met Helene Johnston last year, when we were visiting friends in Venice and she sold a home to our friend's sister. We were so impressed with her knowledge and professionalism after speaking to her at that initial meeting, that shortly afterward we started working with her to find our new home in Florida. She patiently worked with us for about a year, while we were trying to sell our home in New Jersey. We were unfamiliar with Florida real estate and relied on her guidance in helping us choose the right community for our new home. She is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of real estate transactions and of the various communities in the Venice, FL area. Paul and I wanted to drop you a note to express how pleased we are with our purchase. Looking to buy a condo in Sarasota, I entrusted Helene to line up ten or so properties to look at when I arrived in town. After looking at four I stopped the search because the first one was exactly what I was looking for. This tells me two things; that she listens to what the client is describing as a place to make a home and she really knows the Sarasota market. I can't imagine what else one would want from a real estate agent?

Helene handled the sale of my home with professionalism and courtesy and attention to detail. She also was of assistance in directing me to a source to help with financing for the condo I was purchasing which became difficult due to the new Frank/Dodd banking laws.

Our experience with Helene Johnston was wonderful. We looked at property on a visit to Florida while visiting relatives and did so on a bit of a lark not really thinking we would do more than a quick look. Helene "got" what we were looking for even before we did and found the right community for us. We took a big plunge committing to our home after seeing it on only one trip but is has worked out wonderfully and we are very pleased! Thank you Helene!
