Heather was an invaluable resource in helping us locate our new home. We were coming from out of state and were under a time constraint to find a suitable place. She helped us to narrow down our selection through her exhaustive research about existing subdivisions and new construction. She is truly knowledgeable about the area, its amenities and services. Heather is a consumate professional but also a real human being who is receptive to your needs as a buyer. In addition to being game for a whirlwind home search during my couple of days in town to look, she continued to be a resource to us throughout the buying process. While this had not been my first purchase, it was my first resale purchase in Florida and she took the time to carefully explain the nuances of the Florida contract ahead of going into that process so that I was prepared for what could transpire. Even afterwards, she provided recommendations on various trades for minor work we wanted to do on the home. Oh, and I was 5+ months pregnant when we started the process so her willingness to spend the time to ensure we got a home before the baby came was greatly appreciated! (We closed 2 months before she arrived!)

We were out of state buyers from Texas moving our family to an uncharted area. Heather was suggested from a mutual friend and we are grateful for meeting her and helping guide us through the process. She listened to our wants and needs and pointed us the direction we needed to look. She bent over backwards to accommodate our travel schedules and set up appointments on short notice. Without her knowledge of the area and passion for her job, we would have been lost. She put our family first and we were able to purchase and close on our home in the short window of time we needed. I worked with Heather and a former colleague of hers in January through July of 2018. At the very first meeting, it was very evident that Heather had a great deal to offer. She is very soft spoken and keeps her cool yet packs a punch as she is very intuitive, goal oriented, honest and caring. Very up front from the get-go, Heather offered several realistic suggestions to attract buyers. She went out of her way to help with sprucing up the landscape planting flowers herself and was very quick to take care of other projects to create minimal stress for me. Who does that?
