Just recently we closed on our fifth transaction with Diane as our realtor. We sold our house this past April. Out of the five transactions, this was the most challenging and stressful. Diane kept it all together while assuring us along the way. Diane is one of a kind. She is always available when needed. She is highly professional and we can always count on her. Diane is kind and thoughtful and after the 10 years we have been working with her, we consider her a friend as well as my realtor.

It has been a pleasure working with the Michael Saunders & Company team. Home purchasing involves many decisions, both emotionally and mentally. Working with both MSC MORTGAGE &and the real estate team, this was the only company to make my home buying situation work. Gris Bettle was very instrumental in helping me secure a loan very creatively. Diane Fogo was very cooperative in the deal we put together and in showing us a variety of options, to help us make the perfect choice.

What a wonderful person and professional Diane Fogo-Harter is. She recently helped close on my mother’s (Gail, who is 87 years old) condo. Diane was so good to my mother during the entire process (which took over 6 months) that I can’t say enough about her. She was very patient and helped with everything from giving advice about pricing and bids to how to prepare the place to be sold. Since my mother had already moved to a retirement home, Diane would drive her back to get things and go over everything. I myself talked to Diane many times since I live in New Jersey and was concerned about my mother getting through this very important event (she needs to live off of the equity). Diane was always very professional and extremely nice to talk with. Diane told me that she treated my mother the way she would want someone to treat her mom and that’s just what she did. So take care of Diane. You’ve got a good one!

I just wanted to take a moment and tell you how much I appreciate all the hard work that you did to help me purchase a home here in Florida. Purchasing a home is difficult enough without trying to do it from out of state. From all the phone calls. Running around taking pictures and answering countless questions that I had. You were a complete blessing and 100% professional. Your wealth of knowledge, patience and expertise helped with the process. I take great comfort in knowing that you were there for me as a homebuyer. From the very beginning through the whole process to the closing and beyond. The fact that I know that I can call you up well after I closed on my Home with any questions and your wealth of knowledge for referrals to help me as a homeowner is most comforting. We wanted to let you know what a great experience we had working with Diane. Working with other Realtors over the years, Diane was by far the best. Diane had an interest in us and what we wanted. When we were ready to purchase our home, she walked us through the whole process from home inspection to closing. Would recommend Diane to others and would look her up if we are ever in the market again for Florida real estate.

Diane spent many hours and many miles showing me many homes. Our original plan was to find an investment property and then we changed our minds and decided to find a new home for ourselves. She put up with all of my changes and concerns with a smile and a wonderfully considerate manner. And even talked me out of a few decisions I would have regretted afterward. My husband and I just closed and moved into our new home from Bradenton to Sarasota and haven't even unpacked yet. The home we bought had a tenant living in it and our first closing was delayed a week because they had not moved out. Diane made it her mission to stay on top of the selling agent to make sure the tenants moved out prior to the second closing. I will and have recommended Diane to everyone I know that is searching for a new home. Thanks for all your hard work!

What a great person Diane Fogo Harter is. I don't believe you can find a better agent. She went well beyond the requirements of a good agent. She is very knowledgeable and so very helpful. We were always able to get hold of her promptly and enjoyed working with her. We would highly recommend Diane to anyone. She is a true professional.

We originally contacted her due to interest in one of her listings. Ultimately, we bought a different place, but due to her incredible service, we were glad to have Diane assist us. She demonstrated her professionalism in many ways, including her punctual appointments, quick responses and general overall knowledge of the entire process. In addition, she is just plain likable. Diane Fogo-Harter was absolutely wonderful with handling the sale of my house in Bradenton. She was the consummate professional and went above and beyond Realtor duties and responsibilities. I cannot tell you how comforting it was for me to know that Diane had my back and handled all things pertaining to the sale of the house.
