Working with Deborah O'Mara to sell our home in the Lakewood Ranch Country Club was one of the best decisions we ever made. Our property was built in 2008 by Wetherington Signature Homes within the LaCantera neighborhood. After 10 years of family living with two kids and two pets, we knew that in order to get the absolute best price, we would need to update and modernize certain parts of the home, through what Deb described as an "innovation renovation". The final product was amazing! Deb has such a detailed eye and knows what can make a house stand out. Deb also suggested a photography company to get the absolute best results which conveyed our home's indoor and outdoor entertaining elements. Through Deb's networking, she identified several buyers prior to listing, and sent those buyers the beautiful photography prior to the listing date. I am a Michigan real estate developer and a licensed Michigan real estate broker. It just doesn't get any better than Deb O'Mara. We tried selling listing our house with an agent from another company before using Deb. Deb is extremely skillful, intelligent, communicated extremely well and is extremely hard-working. I'm convinced we wouldn't have sold the house without her. This was a very difficult sell for a number of reasons. She fought through the obstacles and got the job done. I have recommended her to others in the community. I really enjoyed working with her.

Deborah's professionalism - always with the personal touch - her communication skills and her unending work for and service to each of her buyers and sellers is truly exceptional. Deb’s professionalism, sincerity, wonderful personality, and knowledge of the market enabled us to choose from a vetted group of houses – making this a process of pleasure. Also, throughout this process, our interaction with members of your staff demonstrated the professionalism that obviously prevails throughout your organization. That said, without Deb, none of this would have been possible. I should note that Deb went above and beyond by looking after our new home by overseeing the inspection process while my wife and I were selling our home in New Jersey.

We thought you should know about our EXCEPTIONAL experience with Deborah O' Mara while purchasing a home in Lakewood Ranch. If there is one word that would describe Deborah it would be "FANTASTIC", but there is no way you can describe Deborah with just one word. So here goes— she is highly Professional, Intelligent, Experienced, Personable, Meticulous, Energetic and Responsive (almost 24/7). We have never experienced such a commitment to customer service as Deborah provides. She really listens to and hears all your requirements and wants, and then goes out to find the perfect home for you. Since we were long distance buyers, Deborah made this sometimes stressful process very enjoyable for us. Thank you for the excellent photography, video, written description and marketing of our recent home listing, as well as negotiating a strong sale agreement, and representing us at the closing settlement. This is the third real estate transaction with you in the last four years. In regard to our recent 2016 sale, you certainly challenged the myth, “Never list your home for sale during the holidays” - listing our home in December and having it under contract the first week of January.
