Dana and Donald recently sold our place. Both were so professional and responsible! They sold our place without any drama which is so wonderful these days. It was easy, professional and so quick. Dana represented us on the purchase of a second home, in Siesta Key. In addition to her detailed knowledge of the market, she provided excellent referrals for home inspections, insurance, renovation contractors and a dock contractor. She did not just text me the vendor information. Dana met them out at the house and coordinated pricing (and problem solving), on my behalf. I am in the real estate and construction business, in Michigan. In my 30 years of experience, I would put Dana on the short list of pro-active and highly effective real estate professionals.
