Dana is the most skilled real estate agent that my wife and I have ever worked with. We have dealt with many real estate agents and most were good, some were better, but Dana Westmark was FANTASTIC. I have a very high 'standards bar' for real estate selling. Dana and Donald met the bar easily in terms of the advice they gave us about pricing, timing, getting the unit ready to show to its best advantage, negotiating with potential buyers who put in bids, signing contractual papers, negotiating with the ultimate buyer and getting us through the walk-through and closing. We are ready to list a second unit with them. We highly recommend using the two of them.
