Not just a realtor, but friend too. She is truly amazing!!! She knew all the in's and out's of dealing with an owner from a foreign country, tax penalties and getting lawyer involved! Of which we passed on that place. But the next place was perfect and I am happy to say we are living here in Bradenton Florida and loving it!!! and, we still keep in contact!

Cathy Palmer is very knowledgeable and efficient. we did not knew anything about Florida houses and we were living in Massachusetts while we were trying to get our place in Florida , . She helped us every step of the way, was very patient, and was always willing to go out of her way to make sure the job got done and we got what we where looking for. ,Cathy was more than willing to walk us thru on buying a home. Having no idea what we where doing she sometimes acted ahead of the mortgage company in advising me about necessary things such as setting up insurance besides flood insurance, association application, utility company, etc. She also gave me a list of companies to call and who to speak with. we couldn't be happier. Even months after we did the closing we still ask her for advice and she's always willingly to help. Cathy thank you we couldn't have closed on in our house without you.

My husband and I recently worked with Cathy and purchased a winter home in Parrish. We first contacted Cathy last February while we were renting in the Bradenton area. We met her at an open house in River Strand and were impressed with her knowledge and personality. She gave us her card and we contacted her and met up with her at the Bradenton office before we left for Pennsylvania last winter. She kept in touch throughout the year, sending us potential homes to look at and set us up for a home search the first week of October last year. We chose the Wildgrass Place and are extremely happy with our choice. She introduced us to Megan Kendrick, who was also very helpful with the financial end of the purchase. Overall, the experience was positive and organized, which was important to us, since we were out of state. When we arrived for the closing in November, it was effortless. Cathy was beyond helpful. In fact, she called us a few weeks ago to make sure we were settling in and to offer assistance if we needed anything.This is only the second property we have purchased in our forty-two-year marriage.
