I give Beverly 10 ⭐️ She was very responsive to my calls, emails, questions and supplying me with all pertinent information regarding the condo and HOA information. She had all the attachments attached to the MLS with all disclosures filled out and signed by the seller, which made it is to put the contract together. She was open and honest and worked with to come to an agreement that worked for both of our clients.

Beverly took lots of time and expended much effort to help us find a house. She was always there to make things easier and continued to search for what we wanted, bringing new ideas and prospects into view when we were not able to secure the “perfect” home.
