Fred was the best! I met with several Realtors but felt most comfortable with Fred. We were on the same page, so to say. He was confident with our listing price, professional and very diplomatic in our negotiations with potential buyers. He knows the market well and is active in the Sarasota community. And here is the best part... we listed on March 1st, had a contract by March 5th and closed on March 28th! I think that speaks volumes! If I ever buy or sell again, I wouldn't hesitate to call him.

"Job Well Done" Shane Lewis is a dedicated and professional realtor. He's also just a good guy who does all the right things in selling people's homes. It can be very stressful for buyers and sellers alike, but Shane's easy going nature helps mitigate those concerns. He's conscientious and attuned to the seller's needs (and buyer I'm sure as well). I would highly recommend Shane Lewis to be your real estate agent. He did exceptionally well for us.

Jackie will provide you with an exceptional home buying experience. We met Jackie in February of 2024 and purchased a home at the end of June 2024. In the short 4 months that we worked with Jackie, she helped us buy our dream home in Florida, while we were still living in the Northeast. We had a 1 week trip to Sarasota/Venice to look at homes in person and put down an offer, which we thought was a lofty goal. But Jackie listened to us, set us up with all the walkthroughs we wanted, and organized our schedule in a meaningful manner. Jackie is detail oriented, extremely thoughtful and considerate in the advice she provides, and we truly felt she had our best interest at heart. We brought our 1 year old to all the in person walkthroughs which would not have been possible without Jackie, who went so far as to offer to stay in the car while we looked at a home and our baby slept. We could not be more grateful to Jackie for being so gracious, thoughtful, and patient as she helped us through our first home buying experience. Both of our families know of Jackie as we cannot stop talking about our realtor who went above and beyond to help us purchase our dream home. Debbie is a true professional and is incredibly knowledgeable about the pluses and minuses of the various styles and locations of Stonybrook properties. She was referred to us by a friend and we then traveled from Buffalo to Sarasota and in one day met Debbie and looked at numerous properties and she educated us on all aspects of each. At the end of the day we put in an offer (accepted) on the perfect property for us and Debbie has been available thru closing .. and beyond. We are based in the UK and needed a to sell an elderly relative's Sarasota home. Josie has proved herself to be more than 'just a Realtor'. Josie has an amazing depth and breadth of knowledge of Real Estate in Sarasota and her support and fantastic contacts have helped us immensely when dealing with a complicated situation. I first met David McHugh from the Michael Saunders Company at an open house that he was representing for a client. We informed David that we were not buyers, just looking and not ready to purchase at this time. As it turned out, we talked to David at length regarding the market, pricing inventory, etc. Being the true professional, he was willing to talk to us at length knowing that we were not buyers at that time. About 1 year later, when it was time to sell our house and select a real estate sales company to represent our and market our house, I recalled my meeting with David McHugh with the Michael Saunders Company a year earlier. I contacted David McHugh to ask if he would be interested with representing our house for sale. After we talked on the phone, he recalled our meeting from the prior year. He agreed to view our house and a discuss a marketing strategy for the home sale. Based on David’s presentation and proposal, we selected the Michael Saunders Company to represent the sale of our house in Lakewood Ranch. The logistics and sale of the property would present a unique challenge to David and the Michael Saunders company, as my wife and I would be traveling throughout the entire time the house was listed for sale. At times, we had very limited cell / WiFi service. Somehow, David made it work. David was the consummate professional throughout the entire sales process, from the listing to marketing, conducting open house and follow-up communications. This professionalism continued through purchase and sales phase to the final purchase and turnover of the property. We are highly appreciative of the effort that David McHugh and the Michael Saunders Company put into the successful marketing and sale of our house in Lakewood Ranch.
