Just a note to acknowledge the wonderful job Megg did with the sales of our condo in Bradenton. The process from listing to closing was seamless. The condo is a secondary location with our primary being in Wisconsin. Megg's communication was always a priority and she kept us in the loop every step of the way. Cheryl Roberts helped me sell my mother's house in Sarasota after it became clear that dementia prevented her from continuing to live alone. We want to say a huge thank you to Lorraine for all the work she put into the selling of our home in Hammock Preserve. Took a long time but we are in uncommon times and that together with highway noise worked against us. At the end of the day we would absolutely hire Lorraine again if we ever needed too. I got Adam Cuffaro's name when I Google searched- Best Realtor In Bradenton, and I see why his name showed up! Adam not only showed us homes, he helped us understand the area, gave us names of utilities and services and really helped us get to know the Bradenton area better. As we were moving to FL from half a country away, it was nice to be able to always get a quick response to every call, text or email that I sent Adam. Adam also kept us posted on every step that was being done with the inspections and closing. We would highly recommend Adam to anyone looking a purchasing a home in the Bradenton area!

I wanted to drop a line to you to express our immense gratitude for the professional service we received from Laura Navratil and Tim Carnes. They went well above our expectations in helping us sell our property. Even though we lived outside of the United States we honestly felt they cared about us and this was not just a business transaction. They happily handled ever aspect of the sale including dealing with a number of service companies such as air conditioning. Any issue that came up they were there front and centre to help us. Harry and I want to thank you for allowing us to post for a rental and a sale at the same time. As it turned out, we sold the condo long before we had to rent it. This was fantastic news and we owe it to the hard work of JOHN LUDDEN who worked diligently to get the condo sold in record time. He advised us to price it right so we could get buyers quickly. He kept us informed and answered all our questions along the way. Secondly, we want to thank KIM PRICE for her exceptional work with our closing documents. She answered all our concerns and worked to get the closing done quickly despite our challenges with our bank in Delaware. All in all, we closed on the condo last Friday and no longer have to worry about our mom having to leave her assisted living because of a lack of funds.

I cannot say enough good things about working with Hannah and George. She is truly an exceptional human being. She listened to what we wanted and took us to several houses that met our expectations. Her service didn't stop after our contract was accepted, Hannah arranged our inspection and assisted through the closing processing. My husband and I are blown away by her service and her expert knowledge on real estate in general. Super, super terrific experience!
