He was helpful reviewing my contracts with the builder and provide the second opinion on this new home purchase. I appreciate his regular follow up and response. I'm writing to inform you of my recevnt experience with Micheal Saunders & Company. Although I have been a homeowner before, I had not used a Realtor or actively searched for a house to purchase. I can't imagine going through my recent home buying journey with anyone other than the Alliano-Fox Team. The difficulties that arose or any questions or anxieties I experienced were quickly and considerately addressed. Early on I knew that I was in good hands with these two dynamic women... Susan and Sally were consummate professionals. It wasn't just their knowledge that stood out, it was also their consistency. They always made time for conversations and inquiries, compassionately understanding any doubts or reservations and attending to details I couldn't have anticipated or handled on my own. There are many daunting and confusing aspects of such a monumental transaction and I am eternally grateful for their advocacy and guidance. In the future, should I look to purchase another home, or recommend a Realtor to someone who is, the Alliano-Fox Team will be the only choice. I commend Michael Saunders & Compay for their stellar represenation in Susan and Sally.

We would highly recommend you as a Realtor not least for your professionalism, knowledge of the market, advice, excellent communication skills and overall you were kind and helpful. For us Brits selling our property, and not being in the USA, it was important that we could trust you to look after our home and you went the extra mile for us whenever an out of the ordinary task was required. Elisa was wonderful from start to finish. When things got a little scary when activity was slow, Elisa was very supportive and supplied the motivation we needed to keep going and being hopeful. She is a GEM!

It was truly a pleasure working with Denise, smooth transaction and great communication!
