We inquired about a property on a national Realtor site and we received an actual call from Stuart the listing agent! We were amazed he took the time to chat and uncover our needs. He even immediately took the time to run comps on our property we wished to list!!! Stuart's knowledge of the contracts/paperwork is phenomenal. He also has vast resources thru Michael Saunders which can be invaluable during your sale/buying process. Stuart is a charming, professional person who listens to you and does not pressure you in any way, and our property sold in one day! Now that's a great agent! 5 Stars. Excellent.

We met Stuart at his open house in Lakewood Ranch CC East. He was very professional, personable and spent a great deal of time gathering other listings for our consideration after listening to our wants and needs as buyers. We told him we were in the preliminary stages of a transitional move from Punta Gorda. We then spent another day with him learning all the details about Lakewood Ranch and narrowing down our areas in which to look . We had the opportunity to meet with Stuart Lawrence at the Michael Saunders Lakewood Ranch main office. I was impressed with his depth of real estate knowledge and the range of questions we were asked in order for him to create a portfolio of condos that we would like to view.
