WORKED WITH STUART, AS A BUYER SEARCHING FOR A HOUSE IN SARASOTA. STUART WAS A GREAT PARTNER. INSTEAD OF RUNNING AROUND TOWN ,WASTING TIME (AND GAS) HE POSTED PHOTOS ONLINE,INSTRUCTING ME TO SAVE THE ONES I MIGHT LIKE, AND SEE THOSE ONLY. I have worked with Stuart on several occasions. He is very knowledgeable of the local area and current real estate trends. His professionalism shows in the important things like knowing the details of his contracts and reviewing the abundant paperwork that is required in a real estate transaction and also in the small things like always being on time. Stuart is honest, hardworking and personable. Stuart has a good knowledge of the Bradenton/Sarasota area property market and is working hard to help us sell our property in Lakewood Ranch, he is always well presented and professional.
