We had seen other properties in our area listed with Jessica that sold rather quickly and decided to list our home with her. She has a broad knowledge of the Rotonda area and a high standard of professionalism. We were able to communicate with her on a consistent basis. Marcy is an absolute pleasure to work with! This was my first home purchase in Florida and I was not entirely familiar with the community, but knew the type of home I wanted to buy. Marcy was very instrumental in guiding me through the entire process. She is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate business in this area and clearly explains the benefit and disadvantages, based on her experience. Marcy was a breath of fresh air in the heat of getting our home ready to sell in a market with over 600 other homes for sale in our zip code!! She gave us concrete suggestions and she was a master at staging our home to show off the best features. She called us with updates and answered all questions and phone calls almost immediately. She checked out any concerns we had, and we are extremely pleased with her suggestions and results. She was wonderful to work and would strongly recommend her to others.
