Janis was great! As an out town seller she went above and beyond picking out colors and a painter, shopping to purchase a new bedspread and towels to update the look, returning Comcast equipment, removing items from my storage cage as well as bringing outdoor furniture in and out as needed. But most of all was her expert knowledge and understanding of the greater Sarasota market enabling realization of maximum value for my condo.

We just moved to Sarasota (Siesta Key) and had the absolute best experience with Tina. When my wife and I came down for a week to look at homes Tina had everything lined up to make our time incredibly productive and efficient. With her wealth of local knowledge and her understanding of our wants/needs and personalities, Tina had us in the right home in just 2 days. She was informative, knowledgeable, and made the entire process incredibly easy. Besides being incredibly gracious and forthcoming with information on the real estate market Tina took a genuine interest in helping us “move” to the area. When it came time to negotiate, her ability to understand the market dynamics and timing made for a very successful process. Tina’s guidance was very valuable and resulted in our new home being everything we had hoped. Juli was absolutely amazing!!! She went so far above and beyond my expectations for a real estate agent. Her communication with me was constant, informative and always timely and helpful. Juli really deserves 6 stars!!! She met repair workers when I couldn’t be home to meet them. She turned lights on for showings and came back and turned them off after a showing. What other agent does that!🤔😁. I can’t say enough positive things about Juli. She is incredible!!!!
