I couldn't have found a more reliable, trustworthy and friendly real estate agent. Laura has gone more than the extra mile in arranging for the sale of the Longboat Key home. Her professionalism and genuine caring character is an asset to Michael Saunders & Company. Real estate agents can use her as an example of how to treat and care for their clients. She took all of the pressure off of me during the sale of the home and placed it on herself. I would give her more than an excellent rating it would be excellent +++. I have known Veronika for 6 years, ever since she became the new manager at Beachaven. As a resident of Massachusetts and a full time realtor I rarely visited Florida and rented my unit through Veronika and the Beachaven Rental Program. Always happy with her prompt attention to problems of all sorts and her wise suggestions over the years I recently decided to sell the condo and list with her exclusively. She sold it in under two weeks for more than we originally thought it would bring and we closed May 15. I was truly impressed with her professional and sunny attitude and her natural abilities as a realtor. I appreciate so much the extra efforts she made to always do a great job, even on weekends, always over and above.

Rob Agnello did a superb job for us in the selling of our townhouse at Pinestone/Palmer Ranch. He always communicated and was always available. He went the extra mile and the result was that he sold our townhouse in 3 weeks. We were able to get very close to our asking price.

I have purchased several homes in New Jersey and Florida and I can say without exception that Pamela Wall is the best realtor that has ever represented me. Pamela's knowledge of the current real estate market combined with her follow up skills and urgency to promptly address any concerns as well as her attention to the smallest detail in the transaction was remarkable to observe. Pamela is a good communicator, excellent listener, honest and straightforward, quite delightful and responsive to work with. She is patient and very understanding of what it takes to find that perfect home. These qualities, in my experience, are infrequently found in most real estate agents and I have been involved in many transactions before discovering Pamela Wall. I will continue to recommend Pamela to all my friends and family whether for Sarasota or any of the keys or to refer out my friends through her relocation department. I will definitely be using her for any of my real estate needs in the future.

Pam has handled two sales for me in the last 5 years, and I would not think of calling anyone else. No one in the real estate business works as diligently or is as committed to to their clients as Pam. Not only would I recommend her but I would urge any prospective buyer/seller to contact her.

She is the BEST! She was the most helpful broker we have EVER url removed GOES OUT OF HER WAY TO SEE THAT YOU FIND THE HOME YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. She also got us in with the right Insurance people not just for our house but cars also. She was honest with us on many issues that came up. We love her,she is the greatest! Everything went smooth as clock work with the buying of our house. In fact she works to hard because she leaves no time for herself just others. Any company would be blessed to have her. She is a 10 star realator.
