We just have to say that Michael Hollenbeck gave us exceptional service. He was very professional. He made time for us every single time we came down to Florida. He always returned our calls. He showed us so many homes and lots. His emails that updated the homes on the market were very helpful. We will be sending family and friends to Michael in the future. We sold our condo at Heritage Oaks Golf & Country Club and closed the deal last week. Arlene Mitchell was our realtor; she demonstrated terrific ethics representing both the seller and buyer. Her communication skills were outstanding. We were very pleased with the entire transaction.

Before we decided to buy a home in Sarasota, we reviewed several realtor profiles and decided Denise and Nicole was the best team for us. We started looking for houses about a year ago. We corresponded by e-mail and they sent us perspective houses. This was perfect, since we were not locals from the area. She was on target with exactly what we were looking for, and was very well prepared. We were traveling back and forth to Sarasota every 2 or 3 months or so to look at all the different houses and condos. Every time we were in Sarasota, Denise and Nicole were always prepared ahead of time with everything; making appointments with the other agents/realtors, and always had very handy files with all the details and pictures. They were very knowledgeable with their over 20 years residents in Sarasota, I have to say without their help, it would've been impossible for us to buy a house. Denise and Nicole also helped and provided us with recommendations for insurance companies and many other items we did not think about. Denise and Nicole are very professional and responsive, we have enjoyed working with them very much and would definitely recommend her to friends.

Denise and Nicole Mei sold us our waterfront condo in Sarasota. They knew what we were searching for and were able to alert us to a listing that matched our preferences as it was coming on the market. We were able to negotiate right when the listing hit so that we did not lose out on the condo. Both Denise and Nicole are extremely professional, and great fun to work with. We cannot say enough about their great personalities. They work really hard to get their clients what they want. Because of our great purchase experience, we have chosen to list our home with them that we are selling in order to move into the condo. So we have worked with them on both sides of the real estate process, buying and selling. We highly recommend their team!

Kristy has been instrumental in taking us through both the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new house. We had specific wants, and I can imagine that we ended up not being the easiest clients to have. Kristy was patient every step of the way and assisted us when we needed her but gave us room to choose what is best for us! We are very happy getting into our new place and would recommend working with Kristy to anyone.
