Dianne Corcoran went above and beyond to lead me through the sale of my mothers home. From how to handle a renter, to dealing with the title company, she patiently explained the process and provided local support for me as an absentee owner. I think she helped me land the best offer, and made the process as painless as possible. She either answered or returned all of my phone calls, texts, and e-mails promptly.

We engaged Karen to help us find a house in the Bay area when we decided to retire here from Philadelphia.
