I do not think the professionalism of Michael Saunders & Company can be overstated. From beginning to end and that was when you were transitioning mortgage companies, I felt not only secure but as though I was someone special. You can be especially proud of Terri Thacker. I do not believe I have met a more competent and caring sales person. Mine was a small deal, but you would never have known it from the kindness and thoroughness she exhibited. Terri has my loyalty and I have tried to repay in some small way by referring others to her.

I am pleased to comment on the exceptional work done by Mary Jo Violett on my behalf in the sale of my condo. I was very pessimistic about my chances of realizing a fair price. Mary Jo was always optimistic and encouraging, which kept my spirits up and she was right! Within 6 months she had obtained a buyer at a price beyond my expectations. It was a complicated sale and transaction, in that the property was in a testamentary trust but that didn't faze her. Mary Jo Violett is such a capable, knowledgeable and caring lady.

I am happy to report that the service I received from Elzia Phillips was exceptional. Elzia was extremely helpful in all aspects of the transaction. Purchasing property while being out of state necessitates that one relies heavily on trusting the real estate agent to guide and provide you with all the necessary information. I wanted to share with you what a wonderful experience we had with Melba Jimenez. Melba was a dream, she worked tirelessly to sell our house and to ensure we got the new home we really wanted. We were so pleased with our agent Bobbie Banan, she could not have been more helpful. She was on top of the transaction every step of the way. The house was in foreclosure, the time table was very short and the required documentation extremely detailed, but Bobbie had so much knowledge that we were usually a step ahead of whatever needed to be done. She went above and beyond what we expected. We have closed on a number of properties over the years and Bobbie is by far the most knowledgeable and professional Realtor who has ever represented us.

What luck for us that my husband Jim thought to inquire about a property, very early in our search that was listed by Sue Brown. The die was cast; we wore her out along with her very charming, ever positive partner Peter Salefsky. Months and months, contract after contract, we struggled through. Sue was always way on top of everything (very smart woman, she) and Peter of course. We count ourselves very lucky to have had them on our side. We were able to experience through our several contracts, many other agents and are convinced that we had only the very best!

After an unsatisfactory experience listing our house with another company, we terminated the contract and listed our house with Jo-Anne Sckowska. Almost immediately things began to happen, there were frequent showings followed by updates and although the sale was complicated by our having tenants in the house, Ms Sckowska handled the situation in the most professional manner at all times. I would highly recommend her services to anyone serious about selling their property. She is the most professional sales agent I have had the pleasure to deal with.
