The office on Burnt Store Road treated us as though my Islamorada location was the most pricey, expensive listing in the marina vs. as it was the very least! We found a total jewel in Karen Williamson. Karen hung in there with us for months, over a year to make up our minds. She was always patient, kind and professional. Being out of state, it was difficult for us, as we didn't really know what the areas had to offer. We were hugely pleased with Steve Harris on the sale of our previous property. His market knowledge, experience and follow through were exceptional. He was so easy to work with and very patient. As we all know, selling and buying a house is traumatic on so many different levels. My agent Sara Chester worked very hard to first learn what I wanted and then to provide me with good choices. Sara was always available when I needed to contact her and she made house hunting fun. She would bring lunch and organize our trips to maximize our ability to see the properties we wanted to see in the time we had available. Overall, if l had friends moving to Sarasota, I would certainly recommend that they work with Sara. Considering that this was my first purchase of an existing home, she did a great job.
