We met Terri Thacker shortly after returning to live in the United States following forty-five years of living abroad. It is our belief that exceptional performance should be recognized. We found a home online that we were interested in, Betty not only took us to see homes and neighborhoods, she gave Venice a heart and soul. She remotely walked us through all the necessary paperwork and inspections. Betty’s diligence and determination helped us not only navigate but also accommodated our need to confirm that there were no hidden problems. We would most certainly not be preparing for a closing on a home were it not for Betty.

I wanted to let you know about our wonderful experience with Laurie Jarema. We let her know what we were looking for; activity center, pool, fitness center and told her a few developments we wanted to look at. She also showed us Harrison Ranch in Parrish, which had everything we were looking for. We felt a connection with Harrison Ranch and made the decision to build. Laurie was with us every step of the way and even went out to take pictures for us during the building process. It was a truly great experience working with Laurie.

We live in Michigan and have been looking for a winter condo to buy in Florida for just about two years. By chance found Rise’s website and like the look and feel of it and started browsing her listings. We made contact via email then by phone. She was very enjoyable to talk to and she felt like a family member to us. Well, we did not find anything from her current listings at that time. She did tell us not to settle for just anything something will pop up. That to us spoke volumes towards her character for us. So, we waited and she kept looking for us and sent us emails with listings that we would look over. We also were looking on our own and came across a lovely looking condo that was not listed by Rise. We told her about it and she offered on her own to travel to it and give us her quick evaluation on it. Now that’s customer service! Long story short the condo was not something anyone would want to buy. It would have needed to be gutted out and completely redone. Finally, just like Rise said it would happen we were browsing her listings and our dream condo showed up! Again, Rise said that she wanted to go look at it for us before we totally fell in love with it. She drove to the condo and called us from there to tell us that it was beautiful! Few weeks later and we are now owners of that condo. All because Rise was there for us. Oh, to explain how much we trust our real estate agent Rise Wells; we bought the condo without even looking at it in person. The condo is beautiful! Thanks Rise!

Theresa was as professional in the listing, showing and sale of my home as I had been led to believe from the person that recommended her to be my agent. I was completely satisfied with the entire process and she kept me informed every step of the way. Each showing was followed up by a report from her indicating customers likes and dislikes and in a very short time, my house was sold. I heartily recommend Theresa to be your Realtor.
