Being from the UK, buying a house in the US could have been a minefield. Joanne was there to hold our hands all the way and we just couldn't have done it without her. She is an amazing Realtor, but most of all a lovely lady.

The pictures she took of our house were excellent. She is a highly skilled negotiator and successfully got us a lease back until our new home was completed. I met Susan on a day that was full of doubt and uncertainty. Having a husband that travels for business and 2 very small children, I did not have an enormous amount of free time to find a new home. When Susan and I talked, she got right to business and asked exactly what I was looking for in a home. I discussed my difficult financial situation and she reassured me that there would be something to fit our needs in our price range. I gave her a detailed list and she quickly responded that evening with a list of homes matching my wants and needs. Those particular homes did not appeal because of various factors, however, Susan did not forget about me. Weeks later I received another email from her about a home that was just put on the market. The next morning I was shown the home and left with a signed contract in my hand that afternoon. I can't thank Susan enough for all of her hard work and efforts. She kept me on her radar and I trusted her. Can't think of a better person to have as a realtor.
