My wife and I partnered with your agent, Mr. Rudy Dudon. Rudy's professionalism in dealing with the other parties involved and his keen knowledge of the entire process we were involved in was the central factor that kept our two deals together. Jack provided exemplary service. I cannot say enough good things about him. He was always very professional, efficient, and pleasant during a negotiation that took longer and was more difficult than any other in which I have ever participated. Jack also kept the process on track and facilitated it. I have already recommended Jack Otto to several people and I am confident that he will provide them the same excellent service that he provided me.
