Pam Wall did an exceptional job in all areas. She was constantly trying to help, even after the sale. She and her husband came by and helped us hook-up and get the new cable TV system working, which wasn’t an easy job. But she dealt with Comcast for us and got it working. We would definitely contact her for our future real estate needs and would highly recommend her to our friends.

I was very impressed with Kathy Lewis in her commitment to finding me a house I could afford. She was pleasant and extremely hard working during the months we worked together. It did take months of looking and being outbid on two short sales, but Kathy did succeed in finding me the perfect house for my budget. In fact, we closed very quickly, due to MSC Title. They were so professional in getting the job done. They made it look so easy.

I cannot recommend Jim highly enough. Having dealt with a number of Realtors in the past, I can tell you that he was the best. He went above and beyond the call of duty in every instance and provided me with superb service. I have recommended Jim to several friends of mine who are thinking about moving to Sarasota, and I am sure they will be pleased as I was with his service. If I ever have occasion to buy a condo again, I would certainly use Jim to handle the transaction.

We can’t even begin to express our pleasure and satisfaction with the service we received and the results Jim D’Alessio obtained. We thoroughly enjoyed working with him. He was a wonderful personality and is easy to work with. He constantly kept us advised on the market, the showings and the comments made by others on our property. Best of all, he was able to sell the condo in a relatively short 4 months and at a reasonable price in what is obviously a very depressed market.
