Gail Wittig has helped us buy three homes in Florida so I called her regarding commercial property and she referred me to the correct department. I called back and asked her to handle the business. In approximately three days she had several properties for me to look at. With in five minutes she had the property owner agree to my targeted price and we closed the deal. She is very professional and a joy to work with.

With out Jim D’Alessio help finding and buying the house it would have been more difficult. He has taken us to see many properties until we found the right one and then he guided us through the buying process until completion with unfailing good humor.
