Six and a half years ago, we were looking for a house in Sarasota. We were referred to Barbara May from a buyer that worked for a prestigious furniture and design firm in the area. From the first moment that we met Barbara; a few things were obvious. She listened well and she was very knowledgeable about the real estate market in Sarasota. She was honest, straightforward and hardworking. Barbara always greeted us with a smile and she had a great sense of humor. We have been in management and sales for most of our lives and we know for sure that people buy from people they like. We can say without hesitation that we love doing business with Barbara. Soon after we started looking for a house in December of 2019, we settled on a place in Prestancia in South Sarasota. Yes, we moved to Sarasota just in time for Covid! Earlier this year, we decided to downsize and travel more. We closed on our new home on the same day as we closed on our previous residence. Barbara handled both transactions professionally and smoothly, even when there were some "slightly" unreasonable requests. During our three transactions with Barbara, it became obvious that most of the other real estate agents that we encountered learned something from her. I live in New Mexico but I inherited a house in North Port Fl. Turns out the house needed a lot of work. You can imagine how hard it was to coordinate electricians,plumbers, painters and other contractors from N.M. Trish and her team took on this huge task and we got it done! It could not have happened without her and Paul! Thank you both from the bottom of my heart!

I'm pleased to say that Ron Paul and MSC Title performed professionally to sell my home in a timely period. They rate a five star. My agent gave me good advice to improve the appearance of my home as well the proper price to sell my home. My home needed TLC to put it in showroom condition and Ron was there when I needed him. What made this sale so convenient for me was Ron and Jennifer with MSC Title visited with me to execute the contract documents.

What a perfect match it was! We cannot say enough about the exemplary service we received from Ronnie Campbell of your office. She was knowledgeable of the gated communities we were interested in. If she did not have an answer to my inordinate amount of questions, she researched and got back with us in such expedient fashion. She educated us in all the nuances of Florida relative to Ad valorem and non-Ad valorem taxes, provided referrals when asked for, and most importantly took the time to truly listen to our wants/needs/desires in a property. Being a realtor in Connecticut myself, I know first-hand the time a good realtor spends on his/her clients. Ronnie went over and above for us! With the distance between us, Mark and I were not always here, so she would go out to various sites, video and narrate for us. She was so kind, patient, and we never felt pressured. She worked diligently for us for over a year, and I am happy to share we closed last Thursday, 3/30/23 on a gorgeous property in Grand Palm. It is everything we had hoped for! Quite honestly, I feel I have gained a friend here in Venice already! What a colossal asset you have with Ronnie in your Venice office!
