Michelle is very knowledgeable and professional. She was great to work with and made the purchase of my new home seamless. She quickly resolved any little “gotchas” that popped up. As a remote buyer, this was much appreciated. I’ve bought and sold several homes over the years and never had such good service.

Jim has been involved in helping sell my condo on Lido Key, Sarasota. He and a Michael Saunders co-worker made the process of staging the condo and managing the significant amount of paperwork as smooth as possible. Jim always has a positive attitude and is available to help when I need it. Initially, my condo went on contract to sell in the fall of 2024 after a few months of summer sales slowdown. Then Hurricane Helene flooded it 2-weeks before closing, killing the contract, since I had to put an insurance claim on it. Jim was there, offering help above and beyond the call of duty. He's a great guy to have as a real estate agent. We are waiting until Spring 2027 to put my condo back on the market.
