My husband and I found it a wonderful experience to work with Emily Evans for our home purchase. Emily was always responsive, prompt, and professional in all of her interactions with us. Even better, her attitude was always positive and gracious. Her go-to word was “absolutely.” She made us feel that no question was too small or unimportant. The first day we met her, she very wisely, in addition to the home we requested, showed us our dream home which we eventually purchased. To help us settle our decision Emily was happy to show us other properties for comparison before we put in an offer. To me, honest ongoing communication is the key to a good relationship, and Irene Slattery came through for me in that regard every step of the way. She is competent and professional in every sense of the word, making excellent suggestions for showing off my house to best advantage without the need for pricy staging. After Hurricane Ian wreaked its havoc on Englewood, many homes went on the market. However, Irene had several showings within the first week, and the sale was completed in record time, thanks to her diligence and help with the extensive paperwork required to complete the process. I am a widow and have health issues necessitating a move after living in my home for 30 years. Irene is a warm caring person, who has now become a good friend. She just sold my $5,350,000 river front home on a one time showing agreement before it was ever listed. The buyer was well qualified and the transaction closed on time with absolutely no issues. This was my third deal with Cheryl in the last year. She also sold my two condos on Longboat Key at an unbelievable price in a matter of days to all cash buyers and fast closes.In total, Cheryl has been my realtor on twelve properties in recent years.
