In December 2006, I put my condo on the market using another agent. I was frustrated and unhappy. A friend recommended Louise. Louise really went the extra mile for me. Mailings, e-mail blasts, phone calls, hand holding (over the phone, as I never met her). She produced more showings and interest in the last 2 months than in the past year.
