This is my second time using Christine Del Monte for the purchase/sale of a home. I can't say enough good things about Christine. She is VERY knowledgeable about the area and will keep you informed as to everything that is going on. I not only have used Christine for my transactions but have referred close family members to her. If you are looking for any real estate in Sarasota or Manatee counties, do yourself a favor and call her. She is a go-getter.
