This is a testament to the outstanding work Diann Thelen has done as our representative on Longboat Key. She quickly changed the unit description, counseled us on more realistic rental pricing, and attended to the unit. Happily, as a result of these attentions we now have renters. Given that we live in the northeast, we are more relaxed knowing that Diann is looking after our unit. Michael Saunders is fortunate to have Diann representing the Agency, as are we.
