Rudy does a great job! I’ve worked with him since 2012 and couldn’t imagine dealing with anybody else. He’s honest, not pushy and truly has your best interest in mind. If there were something higher than a five star rating, Rudy would get it. I’ve bought and sold properties through Rudy and have worked with other realtors throughout the country. In my opinion, Rudy is exceptional.

Sally went above and beyond to make sure we found not only our first home, but the home of our dreams. She is a tireless advocate for her clients and knows the home buying process inside and out, but her instincts are what really stood out to us. As out of town buyers, we had only one weekend to buy a home, which was pretty daunting. Sally quickly set up dozens of showings, several of which we asked for and some that we didn't, but she wanted to give us options. In the end, we chose the first house she picked for us — which, admittedly, we were hesitant to see in the beginning — and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Sally is the best, and we wholeheartedly recommend her to handle your real estate needs.

Ron’s professionalism, knowledge of the area, and prompt communication sets him apart from most realtors. He understands markets down to the specific neighborhoods which is a huge asset. If moving to the area from out of state, use Ron for your agent. I would recommend Ron to any friend or family for any real estate needs!

Simply put, Rob Goldman knows the current real estate market in the areas he serves. We have both sold and purchased homes using Rob as our agent. Rob seeks to get the current market value when representing the seller and seeks to pay no more than the current market value when representing the buyer. As such, my experience is that Rob is an excellent agent to represent your interests no matter if you are buying or selling a property.

We really enjoyed working with Elizabeth Van Riper. She listened to all our thoughts and concerns, regarding the sale of our condo, and was able to alleviate any worries. She was diligent in having open houses and advertising our unit. I felt she worked very hard to get us the best outcome: price, closing date, and overall deal. I would highly recommend her to anyone wishing to sell and/or buy in Sarasota.
