Pam Sweeney
How helpful Pam Sweeney has been to my husband and me as we have been closing on a house 1,400 miles away from where we live. Diann Thelen has been most helpful in our leasing of our condo. She has certainly gone out of her way to assist us in setting up the WiFi in the unit - spending well over an hour of going through the computer set-up and liasing with comcast personnel. Similarly in helping get the land line phone in service. It is good to know that someone like Diann at Michael Saunders & Company is available and willing to do that little extra to help a client.

I have had a pleasant experience with Diann - all the way from start to finish. With a longer term lease, issues do appear and I have had the best support from Diann in resolving also those. I can only give my best recommendations!

How helpful Diann Thelen has been in the process of getting us a rental home on Longboat Key for January. From helping us select a place to advising us on kennels for our dogs to her liberal sprinklings of local knowledge, Diann has been highly professional and a pleasure to work with.
