We never, ever write letters of recommendation, but this time we feel compelled to speak up about Dan’s superior job. Dan’s process with us was to carefully listen to our needs and to then begin fine-tuning communities and then fine-tuning specific properties. He is an excellent communicator - frequent, clear, and to-the-point. I have to say I have dealt with several real estate professionals over the years and you are miles ahead of the pack. I am currently dealing with 6 agents in the selling of 2 homes and the purchase of a new home. All 6 do not add up to half of your sales and communication skills. I can only wish you were up here! Should anyone I know even suggest that they are looking to purchase or sell a home in Florida, I will ‘insist’ that they call you.
