Alexa and her team did an amazing job helping find our home. Their knowledge of the area was such a huge help. During the inspection Alexa was here the whole time helping us to know what things to look for checking light switches, etc… things we would have missed she and her team picked up on and fought for us. My brother and I had to sell our fathers home he left us in his estate. It was not an easy decision to make to sell, and we went back and forth for quite a while trying to decide. To be completely informed, we interviewed multiple realtors to get a fair market value. As soon as we spoke to Rudy we knew we had found the right person for the job and we knew it was the right thing to sell the place.
