Jim was punctual, personable and knowledgeable regarding all aspects of our inquiry. He was able to arrange a showing of a property on short notice and answered all our questions and provided documents to support those answers. Bought a home in 2011.Liz has Local knowledge:Liz has Process expertise:Liz has Responsiveness:Liz has Negotiation skills:Within the first minute we meet Liz I felt like we were friends for life and she was going to get us in the property that would be perfect for us. SHE DID! Her best quality is listening to what you want reviewing it with you so she understands your needs and suggesting benefits of other properties that we as new buyers may have not considered. We had limited time so she proposed properties gave a brief overview and let us help alter the order in which we saw the properties. After the sale Liz followed up to make sure everything was going well and gave direction to who should be contacted if there is a problem. We have now become good friends and correspond with each other. But the best is when we get to use our BEAUTIFUL property that Liz sold us and have a visit with Liz and her husband Gary.

Liz and Debbie were very enthusiastic about our property and encouraged us to list. They were diligent in dealing with questions appointments with inspections photographers open house and showings. Liz and Debbie were efficient and quick in dealing with issues that arose during the listing period. Debbie's thorough knowledge of real estate rulings and regulations is obvious and Liz's flare and creative ideas make great team. They were very professional patient and positive negotiating a complicated closing . We appreciated and enjoyed working with each of them and will recommend them to others.
