Guess those walks in the park paid off. Meeting Mark and his wife, Karen, always was of interest to my dog and me. Our conversations were informal and brief. So when I learned that Mark was a Real Estate Broker and needed help, I contacted him. Marketing a 100 year old historic property however is not a "Walk In The Park!" Mark exuded enthusiasm and perseverance. His suggestions for improvements were sound and helpful. But most important, he understood the difficulties in finding the right buyer, someone who appreciated our restoration efforts. MARK FOUND THAT BUYER! For that I am most grateful ! ! !

Mark always goes above and beyond with the most personal approach. I feel as if a true friend is helping me and not a “ realtor”. Mark is a professional, knowledgeable and helpful realtor- the best in what he does! He really understands the needs of his clients and helps find the perfect fit. He is approachable and friendly. His ability to understand and make everyone he works with feel comfortable is a definite plus. He also gets the job done (without being aggressive or pushy). Mark Boehmig is the best choice for buying and selling.
