We have recently sold our property through Michael Saunders & Company and we have been asked to write a review about the services Michael Saunders & COmpany provided.Mr. Mark Boehmig was our selling agent and we can wholeheartedly say that he did a great job for us. Throughout the whole process, he has been honest and forthcoming to us about the market and really went the extra mile for us. Since we live abroad, he had to take care of a lot of things like being present during building inspections, do minor repairs, etc. He always took the time to talk to us and patiently took us through the process. He deserves a big compliment and in future transactions, we will definitely hire him as our agent.

In short, it was a pleasant experience and Mark was professional all the way through. He realized our needs early on and showed us numerous great options. He also took extra steps to ensure we were making the right purchase and supplied us with valuable information about numerous items. The closing went exceeding well and quick. Mark’s friendly personality and excellent listening and communication skills, coupled with his knowledge of the properties were were interested in (Perico Bay Club), made it abundantly clear that my wife and I made the right choice when we selected Mark to help us find a vacation property in Perico Bay Club. He explained all aspects of the properties we looked at (what upgrades would likely cost, history of similar properties in the area, HOA fees, flood insurance if applicable, what was and wasn’t included in the HOA fees, etc) and paid particular attention to those things my wife felt were must haves. If you are looking to purchase a home in the Bradenton area my wife and I would strongly recommend Mark as the realtor to help you find a property.
