Marcy Davis is a fantastic realtor! She is so knowledgeable about the locations. She listened to our concerns and was very helpful in finding just the right home for us. She was never pushy while we were looking and when the time came she was on our side to make a great deal and be sure all of the steps were done on time. I recommend Mary highly, she is fun, full of energy and so easy to work with !

I have moved many times throughout my career and life. I can honestly say that Marcy is the absolute best realtor that I have ever worked with. Marcy worked relentlessly on getting my home ready to sell. The staging and the pictures were fantastic. She held a walkthrough with the realtors in the area, held open houses and set the price on my home that made it very competitive with the market. She pulled out all of the stops. I highly recommend Marcy.

Marcy is a very professional, knowledgeable, and charismatic individual and realtor. Marcy Davis is a great Realtor. She helped my wife and I through all aspects of selling our house in Coral Caye, Placida, FL. Marcy helped get our house ready to sell after hurricane Ian came through. She got people through the house to quote on fixing it up, to what it looked like before Ian. Marcy also listed and sold our house, which most realtors do not do. That's what makes Marcy a great Realtor.

Marcy was the listing agent for a lot we were interested in purchasing. We were out-of-town buyers and had no agent of our own. We flew into Florida for just a few days and met Marcy at the lot. She knew we would have a lot of questions so she went out of her way and, with our permission, contacted a builder to meet us at the lot so we could get our questions answered. After just a few minutes, we could tell that we could count on Marcy to have our best interests at heart. Marcy has been involved in many aspects of real estate for years and is so knowledgeable. She spent the next few days with us showing us existing homes and new home developments so that we could make an informed decision on what to purchase. During those days, we got to know Marcy better. She is an amazing person and an amazing real estate agent. There was never any pressure, no "car salesman" tactics, she only wanted to help us get what we were looking for. In the end, we did purchase the lot, but then we needed some place to live in FL, so Marcy ran around for days and days doing video calls with us and showing us condos that were for sale. She was so patient with us (and I'm sure she was ready to strangle us) even though we changed our minds and the direction we wanted to go multiple times. We highly recommend Marcy and would give her 10 stars if we could. One last thing, we have also worked with the Title department at Michael Saunders and have been very satisfied and impressed with them too!!

We are very grateful to our friends who recommended Marcy Davis when we started our search for a house in Cape Haze area. Marcy took a good care of us. Her knowledge of the area helped us to find the proper location for our future house. She guided us through the entire process - from house selection to the construction stage, and finally to the closing. Marcy was always available to answer all our questions, to give recommendations, to contact with the seller, to communicate with the construction manager. She helped us to find local contractors to complete post-construction adjustments. With us being far from Florida during the entire period and communicating only online and by phone, Marcy's help and advisory were invaluable. We look forward to our trip to Florida, knowing that Marcy will be waiting for us at the door of our new house and we will finally meet her in person.
