Our purchase was remote and she facilitated our viewings, offers and contract professionally in an extremely fast paced market beautifully and successfully. She continues to support us in our new property even today, 4 months after close of escrow.

Marcy is a breath of fresh air. She listens to you and then goes into action. Marcy was excellent at communicating and keeping us updated on any listings that met our criteria. Our buying experience with Marcy was amazing, as we really did not expect to find exactly what we were looking for with the current market. Marcy did find us the home we were looking for, a new house and it had a larger pool, and we were fortunate to be able to make an offer and not deal with a bidding war. Marcy was also our selling realtor, and once again, she made the process easy and delivered on promoting our property and selling it for what we asked with ease. Thank God for Marcy as we wouldn't have been able to accomplish this without her, as we both work and did not have the time to do all the leg work involved in home hunting. Marcy was absolutely wonderful to work with. She is so knowledgeable and extremely great at what she does. She was able to find the perfect place for me. I am very “picky “ but she had the patience of a saint with me. I would highly recommend her and would recommend her to anyone looking for property in this area.

Marcy was the glue that helped keep our deal on track. Her willingness to communicate consistently with the loan broker and support with the many elements of buying a house was indispensable. Her recommendations on inspection, title, escrow and a myriad of other topics saved us enormous amounts of time. This was all accomplished while we were 3000 miles away! I would highly recommend Marcy without hesitation to anyone who wants a personal but efficient professional working for them.

Marcy has handled the recent showing and sale of our house in a caring and professional manner. Marcy Davis is the best. I’ve referred her to several people and they too were impressed with the way she handles every detail and keeps you up to date with every new action. Marcy has been by my side when I purchased a house and when I sold one and in both cases she couldn’t have been more professional. As I said Marcy Davis is the best!!
