My husband and I purchased a 15 acre farm in myakka with the help of Linda and her team. Linda’s experience and local connections helped us tremendously. We didn’t really know what we were looking for, but after showing us a few properties she is so on top of new listings that we were able seize an opportunity that was just what we wanted. It was a complicated situation with an agricultural classification. It was only through her willingness to met with people at all hours, connect us with the people who could help get answers for us and make sure all the details were addressed that we were able to close in a relatively short period. Best realtor ever. She found our perfect property after a 1year unsuccessful search by myself. She helped with numerous unusual issues such as a cattle lease and renter and well system and furniture purchase. She met with us in person every time when necessary, and accomplished all necessary agreements without having any deadlines. She helped us successfully negotiate the best terms with the seller. She is the only one I would want to use in the future in sarasota for any real estate purchase.

Linda, Sara and Chantelle did a fantastic job, helping us to locate and then buy a home in the Sarasota area. Coming in from out of state, it was a daunting task but they made it easy; we completed the whole process in under two months. Linda's local knowledge is amazing and she generously shared it with us, pointing out the highlights of her hometown. Linda ended up being so much more than just a realtor. We were new to the area and Linda spent a lot of time taking us around different areas to help us get acclimated to the area and the various neighborhoods. She has a solid understanding of everything that is Sarasota, which really helped us with our search. Linda’s assistant Chantelle was also a pleasure to work with. Overall a very pleasant experience and of course we purchase a great home in the neighborhood we loved!
