My hats off to Linda Driggs and Michael Saunders real estate. In an incredibly competitive market for high rise condos on the Sarasota waterfront, Linda was able to sell our condo in just over four months – this was in spite of the fact that our 13-year-old condo was competing against a large number of units in brand new buildings with amazing amenities. A wonderful job of ¡°staging¡± our condo, as recommended by Linda, and her hard work and tenacity got the job done in a very timely fashion AND during the offseason.
