Can't say enough positive things about Kathy Callahan. My purchase was made difficult by the seller not wanting to sell their home, yet Kathy remained calm and persistent and resilient. She kept me from getting stressed, and because of her perseverance I was able to buy the home. No pressure, no drama - just professional and friendly service is what you can expect from Kathy. We just bought a piece of paradise in Longboat Key. Kathy was just outstanding throughout the whole process. She helped us with all the matters, always with a big smile and a positive attitude. She was definitely the one responsible to make this dream come true. Since we live in California, not only the distance, but also the time zone difference, not to mention the pandemic, were all huge obstacles to enable this real estate transaction to happen. Nevertheless, Kathy was always there to put everything together making things easier on us. She negotiated fairly, and perfectly organized appointments, inspections, attorney's meetings on our behalf. On April 15, 2021, we finally closed on a beautiful condo. We are so grateful and especially lucky to have found Kathy to help us on our search of the perfect vacation home. We can't thank her enough. Kathy became a friend for life. She is kind, honest, hardworking, patient, a super human being. Thank you Kathy for everything!!!! We look forward to enjoying the beaches and sunsets in Longboat Key.

I can’t say enough about Kathy as a broker and as a person. Came up from Chicago and was looking to buy a house on Long Boat Key with another family. That means Kathy has two clients instead of one. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market and found us a great “Florida House”. In addition, she has been extremely helpful post closing helping us through a rehab of the house. She has already made her deal but she continues to take care of us. I now consider Kathy both a business associate and a friend. Best realtor experience of my life.
