Kathy has been instrumental in locating us properties over the years when we lived in Madrid, Spain. She has been always looking out for our best interests & minimizing our exposure as out of the country clients. She has also assisted us with purchasing land & selling property. Kathy has also been very creative & skillful with negotiating our offer to be accepted on our last big purchase their in Tucson , even though the listing agent already had other offers on the table she took Kathy's contract over others because of Kathy's relationship to the listing agent & her reputation . Kathy works very hard to locate the best properties , negotiate the best terms for her clients & always makes sure you are not exposed to risk , she even had an attorney review & advise us overseas with our last offer that we closed with her. Bill visited Kathy at one of her open houses for her Foothills listing she was hosting & after a short conversation he invited her to come over to our house to see why it isn't selling after being listed with the same broker for several weeks ! After a few more conversations & a formal lisitng appointment we released our other agent we weren't happy with & hired Kathy to list & sell our home .....& the rest is history , what a great experience for all of us & we had so much fun preparing the home for my big breakfast agent tour, open houses, & then a lovely Tucson couple walked into Kathy's last open house & just had to have this beautiful gem of a home !! Kathy performed all of her fiduciary duties well above normal expectations , she also assisted the buyers in purchasing some items we wished to sell, found nice homes for our plants etc...We really missed her help here on our last purchase here in Oro Valley ! Kathy has been instrumental in helping me sell several properties in Tucson over the years . She also helped me acquire land for development & has been very successful in satisfying all of my referrals I have sent to her to help with purchasing a home. I had a very challenging investment property at the University of Arizona with 3 different units & 7 tenants & she was amazing with handling all the showings to work around everyone's schedule & did sell it within a few months to my complete satisfaction . I remember my first spec home she sold for us, my Father & I ,It was In the Foothills that was a long time marketing that property but, many open houses but we finally sold it . Thanks to you !
