Karen is an unbelievable realtor and a great person as well. She sold my home after 3 different realtors were unable to do so. She made a difficult decision for me an easy one. Karen was an incredible resource when we were relocating to Florida! She worked with us prior to our arrival and worked diligently to show us as much as possible in the few days we had. We felt confident in the process because we had her in our corner, and she went out of her way to give us the best home buying experience. She was able to answer every question we had about the area, giving us everything down to restaurant recommendations. And they were always on-point! We've kept in touch, and when my dad was considering a condo to spend the winters she was our first call.

My wife and I had been searching for vacant waterfront property and had just about given up and then we stopped at Michael Saunders office in Punta Gorda. We met Karen Brown and explained what we wanted and she had properties for us to look at within thirty minutes. We ended up purchasing a beautiful waterfront lot that Karen located for us. Karen was excellent with her outstanding customer service. Five Stars all the way.
