I knew Judy from the sale of another home I owned, and was delighted to see she was the listing agent on the home I was interested in. She responded immediately, arranged for a viewing the same day I called, and handled all the details of the sale with the exemplary professionalism I have come to rely on from her. All this made somewhat complicated by the fact that I was buying the home for my out-of-state brother! Judy took it in stride, and everything went off without a hitch. I met Judy Nimz in 2012 when I first moved to Sarasota. She was so helpful to me as a newcomer to this beautiful city. Since then Judy has assisted me in purchasing two homes and selling two homes. I cannot say enough about her expertise, professionalism and good humor. She is wonderful!

We bought our house in 2005 with Judy's help. We sold our house in April, 2023 with Judy's help. We would not consider anyone else as our Real Estate agent. Judy is very caring, thorough, and covers all the bases. Not only is she successful- she is also a wonderful person.

Judy is a consummate professional, yet she has a special gift of making you feel like you’re the only client she has. She was patient in explaining what I needed to do - and when - and I credit her input with my receiving an offer above list price within a day of listing!
