Irene worked with us over a two year period in getting our property ready for sale. To me, honest ongoing communication is the key to a good relationship, and Irene Slattery came through for me in that regard every step of the way. She is competent and professional in every sense of the word, making excellent suggestions for showing off my house to best advantage without the need for pricy staging. After Hurricane Ian wreaked its havoc on Englewood, many homes went on the market. However, Irene had several showings within the first week, and the sale was completed in record time, thanks to her diligence and help with the extensive paperwork required to complete the process. I am a widow and have health issues necessitating a move after living in my home for 30 years. Irene is a warm caring person, who has now become a good friend. I have no hesitation in recommending Irene Slattery and the Michael Saunders Company when it comes to selling your house quickly & efficiently.

Wow - Irene is a fantastic person and a fantastic realtor! We are so grateful for Irene's hard work, persistence, communication and commitment throughout this entire sales process. My brother and I were selling our father's house and we do not live in Florida. Irene stepped up on so many occasions, helping out in any way needed. Can't say enough great things about Irene! Initially met her as she was the realtor for the party that some family members were purchasing a home from. She made such a good impression in the way she handled things that I reached out to her when my wife and I were looking at a home of our own in the nearby area.
