Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
We cannot say enough about how much we appreciated Irene’s excellent efforts in helping us find and buy our new home. She was always pleasant, patient, professional and persistent in working with the numerous people involved with a real estate closing and guiding us through the process. That is why we have now asked her to sell our old house and would highly recommend her and Michael Saunders & Company to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

We are so thankful to have Irene for our realtor. She gives her all, trying to make the selling experience enjoyable. We look at her as our friend, not just our realtor. She definitely has a 5 star rating.

We could not have been happier!!! Irene was professional and caring, and made herself available to answer any questions we had!! Even during a hurricane she made sure that the closing on my mom's house went smoothly. We would certainly choose her again with our real estate needs and can recommend her unequivocally to anyone.

Since Irene became our realtor, she has worked hard at advertising and showing our duplex, doing everything possible to sell our property! She keeps us informed of any type of activity concerning our duplex, which we greatly appreciate. We are very pleased with everything she does for us and appreciate her very much.

Irene worked with us over a two year period in getting our property ready for sale. As an international seller, she was able to navigate the significant time differences, provide recommendations for services/profession to assist with the sale. She worked very hard to achieve a timely sale with most favourable terms. We would definitely recommend Irene to anyone looking to sell a property.

To me, honest ongoing communication is the key to a good relationship, and Irene Slattery came through for me in that regard every step of the way. She is competent and professional in every sense of the word, making excellent suggestions for showing off my house to best advantage without the need for pricy staging. After Hurricane Ian wreaked its havoc on Englewood, many homes went on the market. However, Irene had several showings within the first week, and the sale was completed in record time, thanks to her diligence and help with the extensive paperwork required to complete the process. I am a widow and have health issues necessitating a move after living in my home for 30 years. Irene is a warm caring person, who has now become a good friend. I have no hesitation in recommending Irene Slattery and the Michael Saunders Company when it comes to selling your house quickly & efficiently.
